“We confess: we love getting inspiration from the internet. Instagram is one of our favorite places to browse for recipes that inspire us and fulfill our current food “crushes”. (Did you know the Feed Feed has an entire feed dedicated to tahini recipes? Its amazing.) One of our favorite food inspirations is @localhaven. We saw a farro and radicchio salad on her feed that looked amazing and went about attempting to recreate it. We combined this recipe from Martha stewart with our own OPK twist. The version we came up with pairs chewy fennel with crunchy radicchio, caramelized fennel, and dried cherries for a touch of sweetness alongside creamy, salty feta. The result was delicious- (we had it twice in one week!)”
