Information Collected and Received
Goodbeing may collect or receive information about each person who registers or enters information in any form with the Goodbeing Website and/or applications including, but not limited to, user name, password, first and last name, email address, street address, gender, occupation and interests. Information can also be provided by corresponding with us by e-mail, live-chat or otherwise. You can choose what information you want to share with Goodbeing, however, if you choose to withhold any personal data requested by us, it may not be possible for you to gain access to certain parts of the Goodbeing Website and/or application or enjoy the full benefits of a Goodbeing Membership, such as product customization or receipt of goods. Goodbeing also uses your information in order to (i) send you marketing communications, (ii) respond to your questions and concerns and (iii) help our partners to improve their online offerings.

Goodbeing will never sell your email address or any other personally identifiable information, to any third party without your permission. In order to comply with your request, we may have to verify your identity. If you believe that the information that we have about you is incorrect, you are able to contact us at contact@joinoodbeing.com with the change request. Any data that is no longer needed for the purposes specific below will be deleted. you have the right to request the deletion of any personal data that we have on you. If you wish to do so, please contact us at contact@joinoodbeing.com. Note that Goodbeing may not be able to delete any depersonalized data on you.

Notice of Breach of Security
Nobody is safe from hackers. If a security breach causes an unauthorized intrusion into our system that materially affects you or your Subscribers, then Goodbeing will notify you as soon as possible and later report the action we took in response.

Safeguarding your Information
Our credit card processing vendor uses security measures to protect your information both during the transaction and after it’s complete. Our vendor is certified as compliant with card association security initiatives, like the Visa Cardholder Information Security and Compliance (CISP), MasterCard® (SDP), and Discovery Information Security and Compliance (DISC). We also perform annual SOC II audits. Goodbeing accounts require a username and password to log in. you must keep your username and password secure, and never disclose it to a third party. Account passwords are encrypted, which means we can’t see your passwords. We can’t resend forgotten passwords either. We’ll only reset them.

We Operate in the United States
Our offices are located in the United States, however, the third party servers, Linode and Digital Ocean, who host our Website(s) have Data Centers in the United States as well as Great Britain, Germany and Japan, among other countries, so your information may be transferred to, stored, or processed within the United States and other countries. As of May 25, 2018, our services are only intended for and available to those living in the United States or Canada.  By using our Websites, you understand and consent to the collection, storage, processing, and transfer of your information via our Third Party Servers and any other third parties with whom we share it as described in this policy.

California Privacy Rights
Thanks to Section 1798.83 of the California Civil Code, residents of California have a right to request, and be provided with certain information about the types of Personally Identifiable Information that companies that they have an established business relationship with, have shared with third parties for direct marketing purposes during the preceding calendar year. According to this law, companies must inform consumers about the categories of Personally Identifiable Information that have been shared with third parties, the names and addresses of those third parties, and examples of the types of services or products marketed by those third parties. Accuracy of Data, Transparency, and Choice
We do our best to keep your data accurate and up to date, to the extent that you provide us with the information we need to do that. If your data changes (like a new email address or new shipping address), then you’re responsible for notifying us of those changes.

We’ll retain your information for as long as your account is active or as long as needed to provide you services. We may also retain and use your information in order to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and enforce our Agreements.

We will provide you with access to any of your Personally Identifiable Information we hold about them within 30 days of any request for that information. Individuals may request this information from us by contacting us here. Unless it’s prohibited by law, we’ll remove any Personally Identifiable Information we have access to and control over, about an individual, from our Website within 30 days of the date of request. There is no charge for an individual to access or update his or her Personally Identifiable Information.

Exemptions to this Privacy policy:
Our Privacy Policy does not apply to any information you may send to us by email or instant messaging programs (i.e. AOL, Yahoo, Google Chat, Zendesk, Facebook, etc.), as email and instant messages are not recognized as secure communication forms. As such, We request that you do not send any information, which you consider private, to us by email or instant message. Furthermore, Our Privacy Policy does not apply to any information you post from our Website to other Websites (i.e. Twitter, Facebook, etc.), due to the public nature of such postings.

Children’s Privacy
We do not knowingly collect any information from anyone who we know to be under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 18, you should use this Website only with the involvement of a parent or guardian and should not submit any personal information to us. If we discover that a person under the age of 13 has provided us with any personal information, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to delete such person’s personal information from all Goodbeing systems.

Do Not Track Disclosure
Your web browser may have a setting that allows you to automatically send a “Do Not Track” message to the Websites you visit. “Do Not Track” is a standard that’s currently under development. Because it’s not yet completed, Goodbeing adheres to the standards in this policy and does not monitor or follow any Do Not Track browser requests. Further, Goodbeing does not currently have technology to respond to such requests. That said, some of third party software providers may.

Links
Goodbeing may create links to other websites. Goodbeing will make a reasonable effort to link only to sites that meet similar standards for maintaining each individual’s right to privacy. However, many other sites that are not associated or authorized by Goodbeing may have links leading to our site. Goodbeing cannot control these links and Goodbeing is not responsible for any content appearing on these sites.

International Privacy Laws
If you are using the Website and/or application from outside of the United States, be aware that you are sending your information (including any provided personal information) to the United States where our servers are located. your information, therefore, may be transferred into, or back out of, the United States, depending on the type of information and how it is stored by Goodbeing. Goodbeing may amend this policy at any time.
