We all know healthy beauty starts with what we put in our bodies. What 3 tips can you share about beauty from the inside out? (think superfoods, supplements, teas, elixirs and the like)
I believe that everything you need is in nature – so no need for supplements if you have a balanced diet. Try to stay away from any drugs, Alcohol included, and caffeine included since your body was not designed even to take prescription drugs, therefore do not abuse on any of the ones said here.

I have many hero’s, however, in the top of my list is my Grandmother. She has been an example in my life. She has suffered a lot of changes and misfortunes. The way she has overcome the lost of pretty much all of her family and is still an active woman at 89 has been a great example of how one should live life at its fullest. She still works out and uses an i-phone, Facebook and e-mail at 89 years old!
What’s the hardest or most important life lesson you’ve learned?
Success doesn’t come with a $ sign, it comes once you feel satisfied with what you do and how you participate in other peoples’ lives by enriching them with something from yourself.
Any beauty/wellness myth’s you’d like to bust?
The use of 100% natural products. I believe that many companies claim they are 100% natural and that is not true. Only the fact that all comes from nature makes a product natural. Therefore, we just have to create a conscience on what products have inside and what the companies do in case some of their materials are not biodegradable and recyclable. What I mean is that we all are responsible on what we use and how this will leave a mark behind. So, with that in mind, lets all do our parts as consumers, and in my case a manufacturer, to try to leave the least amount of mark behind for future generations and try to become better human beings in balance with nature.
